This nine-hole course is built on rather steep terrain creating significant elevation changes on nearly every hole.
Due to the steep terrain, the usual golf cart is replaced with mini vans transformed into (spacious) carts that can hold 4 golfers and 4 caddies.
The opening hole plays uphill to a relatively small green tucked away high on a hill. Hole #2 plays steep downhill toward the main water catchment (artificial lake) on the site. The next hole is again steep uphill and is a par 5.
Hole #4 sits on the highest point in the site and drops down steeply to a green that is back-dropped by the lake and the clubhouse. The par 3 hole #5 plays over the lake.
Hole #6 is again uphill and is followed by the par 5 hole #7 that plays first downhill and then finishes to an uphill green. The par 3 hole #8 is the only hole that is flat. Hole # 9 plays downhill.
